What you will do
- Lead strategic projects for a client portfolio, designing CRM roadmaps and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Assess clients’ CRM maturity, define frameworks, and operating models to elevate engagement sophistication.
- Serve as the primary client contact across EMEA (and potentially global accounts), facilitating workshops and strategy sessions.
- Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery, coordinating across internal and client teams.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable CRM activation plans, including segmentation strategies and personalization logic.
- Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps, overseeing A/B and multivariate experimentation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy experience, or experience in professional services/consulting roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing CRM or marketing strategies and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
- Experience managing clients or vendors and leading cross-functional global teams effectively.

Nice to have
- Relevant industry experience in gaming, finance, retail, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with or for CDPs, MMHs, or ESPs (e.g., Bloomreach, Adobe, Salesforce).
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
