What you will do
- Develop winning strategies for regulatory compliance, crafting clear communications for document verification and other steps.
- Run and analyze A/B tests for regulatory customer journeys in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track performance and report on results, highlighting achievements and success rate improvements.
- Manage both ad-hoc and automated customer journeys, adapting to new regulatory changes.
- Team up with the CRM Campaign team to align on the campaign calendar and maintain customer experience consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, Customer Experience, or CRM roles.
- Full fluency in English.
- Motivated, collaborative, and eager to level up your game as a team player.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Emarsys or Optimove.
- German language skills.
