What you will do

• Develop winning strategies for regulatory compliance, crafting clear communications for document verification and other steps.
• Run and analyze A/B tests for regulatory customer journeys in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track performance and report on results, highlighting achievements and success rate improvements.
• Manage both ad-hoc and automated customer journeys, adapting to new regulatory changes.
• Team up with the CRM Campaign team to align on the campaign calendar and maintain customer experience consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, Customer Experience, or CRM roles.
• Full fluency in English.
• Motivated, collaborative, and eager to level up your game as a team player.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Emarsys or Optimove.
• German language skills.
