What you will do

  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to go‑live and handover.
  • Own project governance including plans, milestones, decisions, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • Manage project P&L including scope control, SOW ownership, commercial negotiations, and change requests.
  • Define, improve, and maintain delivery standards, processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer project leadership across business, IT, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution with engineering, product, implementation specialists, customer success, and other PMs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership of enterprise SaaS implementations with integrations and data migrations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on SOW ownership and change‑request negotiation experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across senior customer and internal audiences.
  • High technical fluency in SaaS architectures, APIs, data flows, and enterprise environments.
  • Structured, decisive, and able to create clarity in complex and ambiguous situations.
  • English: C2 minimum, German and French are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation, airline operations, catering, logistics, or other regulated operational domains.
  • Background in large-scale data migration programs.
  • Experience running multi‑country or multi‑department enterprise SaaS rollouts.
  • Change‑management experience in operationally complex environments.
  • Familiarity with mission‑critical systems or ERP‑style platforms.
