What you will do

• Lead onboarding for new customers, understanding their procurement processes and configuring the product.
• Take responsibility for the full end-to-end implementation of the workflows solution, including technical setup and project management.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating hirify.global’s workflows and integration products into clients' existing systems.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
• Manage multiple customer projects proactively, tracking progress and ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams, influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience, with 2-3 years in a solution consultant, project management, or functional advisory role.
• Experience with end-to-end project management and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proven experience consulting on platform integration and offering tailored recommendations for workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• A proactive problem solver focused on ensuring smooth implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement and finance tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage.
• Strong technical skills, comfortable with software configuration, integrations, and familiar with reading JSON and API documentation.
• In-depth understanding of B2B procure-to-pay processes and experience in the procurement space.
