Location: Remote from Germany, with required monthly visits to Zurich, Switzerland (company-supported).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation journeys for AI-powered ERP automation products, from requirements to delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions aligning with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and integrate with existing systems.
• Serve as the client's trusted partner, ensuring they realize hirify.global's automation potential.
• Work with sales to design implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term product improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
