Functional Consultant & Project Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on redesigning customer processes, maximizing automation rates, and ensuring successful integrations. Focus on translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with engineering, and driving deep product adoption.

Location: This role requires a minimum one-month onsite onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich, after which it will be based remotely from Germany. Regular monthly visits to Zurich are highly encouraged and financially supported.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful system integration.
• Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring full realization of hirify.global’s automation potential.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive deep product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
