Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $60,000 to $103,000

What you will do

• Manage relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their expectations are met and satisfaction maintained.
• Manage cross-functional enhancements in accordance with product-specific procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports, and effectively lead customer meetings to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of customer's business challenges and opportunities.
• Understand Customer KPIs, measure and track regularly.
• Uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics or Logistics Software.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a customer success related role, interfacing and working directly with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• Written and oral English communication.
• Up to 10% travel required.
