Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Rosemont, Illinois (on-site 3 days per week)

Salary: $69,800 - $82,000

What you will do

• Solve complex business questions by mastering proprietary NIQ tools and metrics.
• Transform customer experience by collaborating closely with Account Leads.
• Develop and present cohesive analytical stories using multiple NIQ data sources.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Identify and convert revenue leads into business opportunities.
• Lead by example and provide coaching to junior team members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in NIQ data sources like RMS, Homescan, Omni, and Spectra.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Rosemont, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar analytics solutions.
• Experience with POS and Panel data.
