What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships from the contract phase onwards.
- Guide clients to maximize value from hirify.global's products, securing renewals and next contracts.
- Collaborate with the CET team during onboarding, migrations, and follow-up projects, ensuring delivery.
- Transform client feedback into concrete upsell, cross-sell, and product improvement proposals.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and during negotiations with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B key account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of the energy market or eMobility is required.
- Ability to explain complex products and align different perspectives across teams.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
- Native German speaker and fluent in English.
