TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Acquiring new enterprise customers and uncovering business needs in the DACH region. Focus on outbound strategies, solution selling, and understanding complex tech infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin office or remote within DACH region)

What you will do

  • Identify and connect with new enterprise customers across industries in the DACH region.
  • Lead outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover business and compliance needs and create project opportunities.
  • Guide the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create tailored offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while delivering accurate forecasts.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business, Communications, Media, Tech or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with mid- to large-sized enterprises.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new customer revenue, especially with longer, multi-stage sales cycles.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to creating opportunities.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, including cold calls and emails.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with video, content or communications solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with compliance- or security-driven sales cases.
  • A network within internal communications, IT, marketing or HR teams of larger companies.
