What you will do
- Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers at large companies to help them leverage hirify.global’s platform.
- Educate and inform clients by combining market knowledge with data insights to guide data-led decisions.
- Act as a consultative partner to identify inefficiencies and achieve business goals with hirify.global’s solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine offerings and share insights.
- Influence the go-to-market strategy and help shape the company’s evolution.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B sales, ideally with long-cycle, value-based selling.
- Experience within supply chain, logistics, or freight industries.
- Comfort and credibility when engaging with VP- and C-level executives on strategic initiatives.
- Strong command of Salesforce and data-informed sales approaches.
- Proven ability to navigate long deal cycles and prioritize effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- Experience using modern sales tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, 6sense, UserGems).
