What you will do

• Support Sales, Partner, and Business Development teams by providing subject matter expertise on hirify.global's e-invoicing products and technical capabilities throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with customers to understand their invoicing, compliance, and integration requirements, delivering expert guidance and tailored recommendations.
• Be a technical and regulatory advisor for customers from presales through implementation kick off, supporting a smooth handover.
• Lead detailed product demonstrations and solution consultations, articulating value across both business and technical audiences.
• Proactively track global e-invoicing mandates, regulatory changes, and market trends, flagging relevant updates, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Delivery teams to address complex customer scenarios and influence future enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS presales, consulting, or solution implementation roles.
• Deep knowledge of e-invoicing, including global regulatory frameworks, compliance models, and technical architectures.
• Fluency in German and English. Additional European languages would be beneficial.
• Experience working with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft D365.
• Experience communicating complex technical and regulatory concepts to various stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, including finance, IT leadership, and C suite executives.
