Location: Based in Munich with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: €116,900 - €151,900

What you will do

• Develop and manage long-term partner relationships.
• Track metrics for the region, including go-to-market plans, pipeline, and revenue.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard partners in the EMEA DACH region.
• Execute a scalable onboarding experience for partners.
• Collaborate with partners to develop regional plans and manage co-marketing activities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partners have the support and materials needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of channel experience with a cloud software company.
• Experience with IT partnerships such as Solution Providers, AWS, Distributors, Large Account Resellers, and SIs.
• Fluency in English and German
• Knowledgeable about B2B/SaaS sales motions.
• Experience selling to EMEA DACH based organizations via channel partners.
• Experience working in a hybrid (co-sell) sales environment.
