Location: Onsite in Mississauga, Canada at the Meadowvale Office (HQ). North American travel needed up to 35% per month.

What you will do

  • Drive profitable growth by building long-term relationships with customers and partners in North America.
  • Acquire new business and manage existing direct customers and top platinum tier partners.
  • Maximize hirify.global revenue by increasing deal size through Value Selling Sales Methodology.
  • Lead complex business and value-based campaigns, including strategy, marketing, negotiation, and pricing.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to influence and ensure success with strategic customers.
  • Model and architect strategic relationships, identifying trends and cross-industry solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Experienced in web demonstrations and negotiating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Android and Apple operating systems.
  • Understanding of Cloud (Azure and AWS).
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% per month across North America.
