What you will do
- Conduct strategic market analysis and drive key initiatives to increase market share.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior management within channel accounts.
- Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
- Maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base and work with sales teams on offers.
- Hunt, recruit, enable, and develop targeted Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.
- Monitor competitor activities and utilize CRM for partner activities and sales performance.
Requirements
- 8 years of work experience.
- Degree or equivalent is desirable, 3 A-levels (or equivalent) in business-related subjects.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (high school).
- English: B2 required.
- Fast thinking, adaptable, good self-management, time management, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
