What you will do

  • Conduct strategic market analysis and leverage tools to exceed commitments.
  • Drive key initiatives and comprehensive strategies to increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior management within channel accounts.
  • Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize content pull-through.
  • Hunt, recruit, enable, and develop targeted Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.

Requirements

  • 8 years of work experience, ideally with a degree or equivalent.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Ability to conduct strategic market analysis and profile major accounts.
  • Experience developing long-term relationships with channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking activities and pipeline.
