What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas.
- Create, track, and follow up with hirify.global and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs.
- Support and grow the hirify.global distribution sales channel within the region.
- Act as the primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors.
- Establish and execute mutual growth objectives with distributors through effective training programs and quarterly business reviews.
- Understand distributors' requirements and recommend suitable electronic components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales in electronic components.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with various internal and external teams.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% to distribution branches within your region.
