What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting to close.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts.
- Execute consultative discovery to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and position hirify.global’s value.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for lead generation and onboarding.
- Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets for the Italian market.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing).
- Strong consultative selling skills to uncover pain points and tailor solutions.
- Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English are required.
