Location: Hybrid role based in Milano, Italy

Salary: €38,000–€48,000 fixed salary, plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts.
  • Execute consultative discovery to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and position hirify.global’s value.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for lead generation and onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets for the Italian market.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing).
  • Strong consultative selling skills to uncover pain points and tailor solutions.
  • Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
  • Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English are required.
