What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives and partner with leadership across R&D Teams.
• Develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities.
• Serve as a strategic partner focusing on organizational design and talent management.
• Drive initiatives and lead change within the organization.
• Develop and implement scalable programs responsive to leaders' needs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People/HR, with 5+ years as a senior business partner.
• Successful history of developing strong relationships in a distributed environment.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to innovate and improve independently.
• Demonstrate keen business acumen and a track record of partnering closely with business leaders.
• Experience building at least one scalable program from the ground up.
