📍 Coimbra, Portugal (Hybrid)

Loop Future is growing fast — and we’re looking for a senior People & Culture leader to shape our culture, support our teams, and build a world-class People function across multiple countries.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership position with significant influence in a scaling, multi-country business. You’ll be a trusted advisor to executives, a hands-on partner to managers, and the cultural champion for our teams.
You’ll drive engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention — while leading a high-impact HR function built on clarity, credibility, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
— Own and shape Loop Future’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
— Lead initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention across all regions.
— Oversee HR operations and ensure robust, compliant, consistently applied People processes.
— Personally handle or oversee complex and sensitive employee relations cases.
— Ensure all People policies are practical, updated, understood and applied consistently.
— Oversee training and development programs for new and existing employees.
— Lead, coach and develop a small team of country-specific HR Managers (Portugal & India).
— Set standards and ways of working for the People function, driving performance and excellence.
— Contribute to leadership discussions on structure, resourcing and long-term workforce planning.

What We’re Looking For
— 10+ years of senior HR / People leadership experience in mid-sized or scaling organisations.
— Strong background in professional services, consulting or similar industries.
— Proven experience owning HR in multi-country environments — not just supporting, but leading.
— Deep experience creating, evolving and enforcing policies that are practical and applied.
— Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with equal confidence.
— Experience managing and developing HR team members.
— Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
— Ability to communicate with clarity and impact across all levels of the organisation.
