What you will do

• Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions on people management to executives.
• Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs to the business.
• Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team, focusing on leaders and succession planning.
• Develop and drive global workforce plans and human capital strategies.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend solutions for performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Guide managers on complex HR issues like performance management and employee relations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
• Experience supporting VP+ level and post-sale revenue or G&A teams.
• Experience working on various HR functions, programs, and projects.
• Proficiency in coaching and mentoring people leaders.
• Ability to manage performance and employee relations issues to resolution.
• Experience in a growing, global software development environment.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and propose continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and changing environment.
