People Manager (HR Operations): Leading HRBP and People Operations teams while designing scalable people systems for performance, career development, learning, organization design, and compensation with an accent on strategic partnering, organizational effectiveness, and employee lifecycle operations. Focus on building high-performing People teams, solving complex employee relations and restructuring cases, and executing compensation, talent, and change management frameworks.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; flexible working time with 12 working-from-home days per year.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP and People Operations teams, setting goals, priorities, and performance standards.
- Oversee HRBP support for business divisions, including organization design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, engagement, and change management.
- Own learning and development frameworks, career pathways, job architecture, and organization effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead compensation and benefits strategy, including salary reviews, incentive programs, promotions, job leveling, benchmarking, budgeting, and workforce planning.
- Execute and continuously improve performance management, talent review, succession planning, rewards, recognition, and other core people systems.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and communications stakeholders on people strategy, culture, and organizational change.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including 2–3 years in a People Manager, HR Manager, or Senior HRBP role.
- Experience supporting a mid-sized company with more than 300 employees.
- Hands-on experience in HR business partnering, organization development and/or People Operations, and compensation and benefits.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic organizational issues and lead and influence change.
- Confident communication, people management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, positive, meticulous, and organized approach.
