TL;DR

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid with 12 days working from home per year)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP and People Operations team members.
  • Oversee HRBP support for business divisions, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Own the design and execution of learning, development, and organizational effectiveness frameworks.
  • Lead Compensation & Benefits strategy, design, review, and manage competitive frameworks.
  • Execute and continuously improve key People systems such as Performance Management, Career frameworks, and Talent review.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated People practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a People Manager/HR Manager/Senior HRBP role for a mid-sized company (> 300 employees).
  • Strong hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, Organization Development, and/or People Operations and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong credentials as an organizational leader with deep business acumen and proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Work from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
