What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP and People Operations team members.
- Oversee HRBP support for business divisions, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Own the design and execution of learning, development, and organizational effectiveness frameworks.
- Lead Compensation & Benefits strategy, design, review, and manage competitive frameworks.
- Execute and continuously improve key People systems such as Performance Management, Career frameworks, and Talent review.
- Partner closely with business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated People practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a People Manager/HR Manager/Senior HRBP role for a mid-sized company (> 300 employees).
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, Organization Development, and/or People Operations and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong credentials as an organizational leader with deep business acumen and proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change.
- English: B2 required.
- Work from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
