What you will do

• Define and implement robust, scalable technical solutions while promoting coding standards, security, and architecture.
• Mentor developers, foster collaboration, continuous learning, pair programming, and onboard new team members.
• Co-lead sprint planning, retrospectives, Daily Scrums, ensure sprint goals, and remove blockers with Product Owner.
• Oversee releases, deployments, CI/CD improvements, and coordinate schedules with DevOps and Product teams.
• Collaborate with architects on technical roadmap, design reviews, and alignment with architectural vision.
• Serve as technical escalation point, identify risks, and facilitate solutions for complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in web application development.
• Strong proficiency with React/React Native, PHP (OOPHP), PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/PHP templating.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with LRMs or content management systems.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
• Database performance tuning and optimization.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality tools.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud-native experience, especially AWS.
• AI development tools (Claude Code, CoPilot, Kiro).
