Account Executive (Saas): Driving new ARR growth by winning new customers in the Benelux region with an accent on outbound sales execution and competitive deal-making. Focus on managing complex stakeholder environments and competitive sales cycles.
Location: Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)

What you will do
- Proactively build and manage your own outbound pipeline in the Benelux market.
- Lead product demos tailored to customer use cases and regulatory needs.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and contract close.
- Work closely with SDRs to define target accounts and outbound strategies.
- Provide structured feedback from the market to improve product positioning.
- Use CRM tools consistently to track activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive / New Business Sales Manager in a SaaS or B2B software environment (2-3 years).
- Strong outbound sales and hunting mindset.
- Native/Fluent English is required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Prague (hybrid working model).
- Dutch language skills are highly desirable.
