What you will do
- Run and scale user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Analyze data using SQL, MetaBase, and Excel to optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Design teams to align UA with product and monetization goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audience segments for improved performance.
- Manage campaigns across a portfolio of multiple applications.
- Implement and track ASO strategies to improve app visibility and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Must have 2-3+ years of in-house mobile user acquisition experience at an app or game company (not agency).
- Proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, MetaBase, and Excel.
- Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer).
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and an ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience working with ad networks such as Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, and Moloco.
- Experience in other growth channels like influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, or SEO.
- Background in gaming, music, or dating apps.
