What you will do

  • Run and scale user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Analyze data using SQL, MetaBase, and Excel to optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Design teams to align UA with product and monetization goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audience segments for improved performance.
  • Manage campaigns across a portfolio of multiple applications.
  • Implement and track ASO strategies to improve app visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3+ years of in-house mobile user acquisition experience at an app or game company (not agency).
  • Proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, MetaBase, and Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer).
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration and an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with ad networks such as Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, and Moloco.
  • Experience in other growth channels like influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, or SEO.
  • Background in gaming, music, or dating apps.
