What you will do
- Lead the design and execution of user acquisition campaigns across diverse digital channels.
- Spearhead the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for informed campaign planning.
- Produce in-depth reports on campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing initiatives and comprehensive market research.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of advanced marketing principles and strategic campaign management experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel) or Google Sheets.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with leading digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads.
- Extensive experience in mobile game advertising.
