What you will do
- Manage global user acquisition campaigns across mobile channels (Social, Ad networks, DSPs, and Others).
- Optimize existing channels, improve operational processes, and drive new testing initiatives.
- Grow app downloads and revenues for F2P mobile games.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects, collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Build and document best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage technical Ad Operations, including campaign tracking, measurement, and integration.
Requirements
- Passion for games, particularly mobile games, and affinity with the mobile game sector.
- Proven experience in social ads management.
- Proven experience in the gaming industry.
- Have a creative and analytical mind.
- Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
- English: Complete fluency, both written and oral.
