TL;DR

Account Manager: Managing relationships with restaurant clients to drive revenue and optimize their presence on the platform, with an accent on personalized service and sales solutions. Focus on developing promotional plans, negotiating win-win conditions, and ensuring compliance with quality policies.

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (3 days per week in office, with additional remote flexibility during summer and December).

Salary: Competitive fixed salary and bonus.

What you will do

  • Generate significant revenue for your restaurant portfolio by selling hirify.global solutions.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide support to clients on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing strategies.
  • Develop promotional plans with Sales and Marketing, including festivals and special offers.
  • Negotiate favorable win-win conditions to optimize restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
  • Monitor and ensure restaurants comply with T&CS and quality policies for excellent B2C user experience.
  • Provide support and training for using hirify.global tools.
  • Express user requirements to improve product relevance based on restaurant knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German with a good command of English.
  • At least two years of experience in account management or a closely related role.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Confident in conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
  • Able to establish trust and build credible, long-term business relationships.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Internet, digital, or tech sector.
  • Proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of activity, including 20–50 daily calls, and handling large portfolios (300-800 accounts).
