What you will do

• Lead the Braze migration, architecting the transition and rebuilding complex lifecycle journeys.
• Own the data schema, defining custom attributes, events, and API triggers with engineering and data teams.
• Oversee day-to-day technical CRM health, including sophisticated campaign setup, rigorous QA, and troubleshooting.
• Manage IP warming, sender reputation, and monitor deliverability metrics.
• Build the technical foundation for A/B and multivariate testing.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience in Braze (Canvas, Liquid scripting, Connected Content, and Audience orchestration).
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and ability to read API documentation.
• Prior experience with CRM migration, including IP warming, data mapping, and legacy cleanup.
• Proficiency in using data to solve problems and analyze data flow issues.
• Enjoy untangling complex data issues and translating business requirements into technical tickets.
• High ownership over clean setup, naming conventions, and API efficiency.
• Ability to balance long-term migration roadmap with immediate operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
