TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Driving top-of-funnel activity and engaging with prospective customers with an accent on lead generation through outbound campaigns and market research. Focus on understanding customer needs, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline.

Location: Hybrid, based in London

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 base salary (OTE uncapped) + equity

What you will do

  • Research the market using prospecting tools to identify and qualify prospective clients within hirify.global's ideal customer profile.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate leads in target markets.
  • Understand customer needs, gather key prospect information, and generate interest.
  • Bring high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline by booking meetings and demos.
  • Pursue both individual and team goals and work towards monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience is required (SaaS/start-up experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills to own and manage your sales pipeline and KPIs.
  • Highly target-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and hit weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Passion for sales and a proactive approach to expanding product/market knowledge.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is essential for daily communication with potential customers.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of systems like Hubspot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
