TL;DR

Inside Sales Executive (PropTech): Managing the cross-sell lifecycle for existing clients within a PropTech SaaS platform with an accent on identifying expansion opportunities and conducting product demonstrations. Focus on tailoring solutions to client pain points and driving revenue growth within the existing client base.

Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) in Manchester, UK. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: Β£30,000–£35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Β£55,000 first year)

What you will do

  • Manage the full cross-sell lifecycle for existing clients, from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Handle a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct expert product demonstrations, tailoring pitches to solve specific client pain points.
  • Prioritise high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, acting as a sales specialist for commercial opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus).
  • Ability to sell solutions, not just features, demonstrating impact on the client's bottom line.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

  • Experience in PropTech or Estate Agency.
