Position overview
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be the first person our clients communicate with. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage conversations with potential clients through various messaging platforms, qualify leads by understanding their investment needs, and work with this information to support our sales and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients via messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
- Understand client investment goals by asking qualifying questions.
- Accurately save client information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and analytics teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries

Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of how to use CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a readiness to work in a start-up environment
- Previous experience in sales support or client-facing roles is a plus.
