Location: Remote (EMEA). Must be based in London, Germany, or Spain.

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Acquire new customers and expand within world-class European enterprises.
  • Build and manage a sales territory, running complex sales processes from lead to close.
  • Contribute to innovating the Go-To-Market strategy for an AI-Native world.
  • Rapidly scale the GTM as the second hire in the region.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts in Enterprise and Strategic Commercial segments.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Skilled in finding, building, and testing business champions.
  • Driven and competitive mindset with a strong desire for success.

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology.
