What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Acquire new customers and expand within world-class European enterprises.
- Build and manage a sales territory, running complex sales processes from lead to close.
- Contribute to innovating the Go-To-Market strategy for an AI-Native world.
- Rapidly scale the GTM as the second hire in the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts in Enterprise and Strategic Commercial segments.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled in finding, building, and testing business champions.
- Driven and competitive mindset with a strong desire for success.
Nice to have
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
- Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology.
