TL;DR

Junior Account Executive (SMB): Consulting businesses using the platform to convert them into paying customers and provide customer service with an accent on owning the full sales cycle and contributing to team pipeline. Focus on becoming a product expert, influencing product development based on client needs, and building strong customer relationships in a strategic partnership setting.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in-office at one of our strategic partner's offices in Allentown, Pennsylvania, or Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Become a product expert and consult businesses who have signed up to the platform.
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline.
  • Be the company's eyes and face, providing outstanding customer service, especially when working alongside strategic partners.
  • Influence the product in light of client demands and needs, based on gathered knowledge and feedback.
  • Engage in cross-departmental involvement and information sharing.
  • Drive new business and strengthen the partnership network.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies, or 2 years of BDR/SDR experience in the SaaS space.
  • Strong record of quota attainment.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
  • Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in-office three days a week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
