Location: Remote, serving Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan from Singapore or another country in the APAC region.

What you will do

  • Develop and conclude sales opportunities for hirify.global's Nexus product suite.
  • Effectively articulate hirify.global's value proposition to increase sales and expand existing customer footprint.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers and acquire new logos.
  • Generate leads for Tier I and Tier II accounts through targeted selling and follow-up on marketing leads.
  • Manage and provide clear, comprehensive reports on the sales pipeline within CRM systems.
  • Create and execute a detailed territory plan focused on prospect development and market penetration.
  • Assume ownership of the territory as an autonomous 'business unit,' concentrating on direct sales to end-users across multiple market segments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise software sales within the assigned ASEAN/Central Asia territory.
  • Proven software sales experience within Agile, DevSecOps, and/or Open Source domains.
  • Formal training in software sales prospecting with high motivation for hunting new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct regional territory account plans and cultivate new partnerships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the rapidly developing DevOps and/or Application Security market.
  • Willingness and ability to apply MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies.
