Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.

What you will do

• Partner with strategic platform customers to ideate and build novel applications on the hirify.global API.
• Provide guidance to customers on maximizing business impact from their applications.
• Experiment and prototype solutions with and for customers.
• Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders for successful deployment and scale.
• Contribute to open-source developer resources and scale the AI Deployment Engineering function.
• Synthesize and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
• Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on top of the hirify.global API platform.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for maximizing customer business value using the hirify.global API.
