TL;DR

Account Manager (iPaaS): Owning commercial customer outcomes, driving renewals, and expansion across a portfolio of existing customers in a scalable iPaaS environment with an accent on strategic account planning, value realization, and revenue growth. Focus on applying data-driven prioritization, engaging C-level stakeholders, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities with AI-powered integration technology.

Location: This is a hybrid role in Sweden, requiring you to be based there with a valid work permit. Occasional visits to the Stockholm office (weekly/monthly) and customer travel are expected.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary with performance-based, uncapped commission and benefits.

What you will do

  • Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth across your customer portfolio.
  • Strategically manage a scaled portfolio, applying data-driven prioritization for high-impact activities.
  • Act as a strategic commercial partner, understanding customer business goals to unlock value.
  • Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities by understanding customer roadmaps and pain points.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure customer success while owning the commercial relationship.
  • Monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and conduct strategic business reviews with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS/PaaS account management expertise with a strong sales orientation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally iPaaS, and integration technology.
  • Familiarity with high-impact SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging C-level.
  • Fluency in Swedish and professional English is required.
  • Must live in Sweden with a valid work permit.
