What you will do
- Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth across your customer portfolio.
- Strategically manage a scaled portfolio, applying data-driven prioritization for high-impact activities.
- Act as a strategic commercial partner, understanding customer business goals to unlock value.
- Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities by understanding customer roadmaps and pain points.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure customer success while owning the commercial relationship.
- Monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and conduct strategic business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS/PaaS account management expertise with a strong sales orientation.
- Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally iPaaS, and integration technology.
- Familiarity with high-impact SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging C-level.
- Fluency in Swedish and professional English is required.
- Must live in Sweden with a valid work permit.
