Business Development Manager (Holiday Parks & Campsites): Driving market development and growth for a modern booking system in Denmark and Scandinavia with an accent on building long-term partnerships and guiding customers through the decision-making process. Focus on understanding daily operations of holiday parks and campsites and translating needs into hirify.global solutions.

Location: 100% Remote (Europe), with primary focus on Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Regular on-site customer visits in the Nordics are required.

Salary: Competitive monthly salary including pension and health insurance.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of market development and growth in Denmark and Scandinavia.
  • Work closely with owners and management teams to identify suitable booking solutions.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from demo to agreement and onboarding.
  • Conduct online demos focusing on usability and operational improvements.
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams (sales, onboarding, product).
  • Ensure Nordic requirements are reflected in the platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or the camping/holiday park industry.
  • Structured, trustworthy, and able to explain complex solutions simply.
  • Thrive with responsibility, autonomy, and relationship-focused roles.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Swedish and Norwegian.
  • Existing network among Danish and international campsites and holiday parks.
