Location: Remote (global), focusing on the Benelux / Nordics sales region.

What you will do

  • Identify and nurture sales opportunities, build pipeline, and close cloud monthly contracts.
  • Develop strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles in the Benelux / Nordics region.
  • Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and solutions, delivering clear business value to customers.
  • Champion the innovation behind hirify.global Cloud, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Manage customer details, use cases, timelines, and accurate monthly business forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the hirify.global ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and community events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources to drive successful outcomes.
  • Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs and technical requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure software, with a preference for open source business models.
  • Strong business acumen, technical depth, and passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization.
  • Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
