What you will do

  • Conduct proactive outreach and prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and target key accounts.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with potential customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global's value proposition and effectively communicate it to prospects.
  • Nurture leads through strategic follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and meet targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying B2B leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience working towards IT organizations.
  • Familiarity with IT Lifecycle Management concepts.
