hirify.global is seeking a senior Business Process Specialist to support process analysis and optimization as input into AI-enabled automation delivery.

What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand prioritized processes, expected outcomes, and operational constraints.
• Review and challenge proposed “optimized process” definitions to ensure feasibility, completeness, and alignment.
• Translate process intent into structured delivery artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics).
• Support prioritization by assessing effort vs impact, feasibility, dependencies, and risk within technical constraints.
• Perform rapid “automation discovery” by identifying high-ROI candidates through analysis of ticket volumes and operational pain signals.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Deployment Engineers to ensure requirements are actionable.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
• Strong experience in process analysis, optimization, and operational improvement in enterprise environments.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and drive clarity without excessive documentation or bureaucracy.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technical teams.
• Strong prioritization mindset focused on feasibility, impact, and delivery speed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting automation and workflow transformation programs.
• Familiarity with the practical realities of implementation constraints (data availability, system limitations, integration effort).
• Experience working with high-volume operations environments where process variance and exceptions are common.
• Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or structured continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with BPMN concepts and process mapping tools.
