What you will do

• Lead initiatives to transform legacy processes into highly scalable, automated, and efficient workflows.
• Create comprehensive process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for global teams.
• Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve output accuracy.
• Use strong analytical skills to identify root causes of delays or errors in Finance functions (AP, AR, Treasury, or Reconciliation).
• Propose and design concrete corrective action plans; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for system-level fixes.
• Ensure the user experience of internal finance tools and processes is seamless, reducing manual administrative burden.

Requirements

• 3+ years of process excellence experience, specifically handling complex processes with high integration across multiple global units.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly within or supporting Finance functions (AP, AR, Treasury, or Reconciliation).
• Experience developing process outlines and flowcharts using standard notation (BPMN).
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute and maintain multiple projects in a deadline-driven and ambiguous environment.
• English: B2 required
