What you will do

• Translate stakeholder business needs into clear requirements for AI-driven products and features.
• Prototype and configure AI agents using internal platforms, integrating them with relevant data sources and tools.
• Design, test, and iteratively refine prompts to improve AI agent output quality.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders during user testing and manage feedback loops.
• Monitor and analyze AI agent performance using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI language models and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of how LLM based solutions work, including RAG and agents.
• Understanding core natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience of designing and refining prompts for AI models.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of BA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
