What you will do
- Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
- Define and document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change management.
- Conduct strategic gap analysis, propose and design TO-BE solutions.
- Mentor and support business analysts, contributing to team capability development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in complex software/information systems development environments.
- Strong proficiency with AI, BA tools and modeling techniques.
- Proven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of AI and major LLMs.
- Experience in the logistics industry (Freight, Transporters).
