What you will do

• Audit existing workflows and design automated, scalable solutions across the business.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new automations between departments.
• Research and pilot innovative technologies (AI, automation, no-code) to improve service delivery.
• Act as an internal consultant for other teams to refine operational sub-systems and ensure strategic alignment.
• Optimize cross-project workforce allocation, streamlining internal workflows and facilitating team transitions.
• Lead initiatives to obtain R&D tax credits and governmental incentives, specifically across Spain and Portugal.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and managing internal tool stacks.
• Experience managing a backlog of tasks and allocating cross-project workforce resources.
• Familiarity with the documentation and requirements for R&D tax credit applications or similar governmental filings.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualization.
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and internal consulting with various teams.
• Experience in presenting complex operational shifts to senior leadership and gaining buy-in.
• Strong systems thinking ability to understand ripple effects across departments.
