What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering skill development and career growth.
  • Define and enforce rigorous data science methodologies for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business problems into structured analytical questions and high-impact solutions.
  • Communicate technical insights effectively to senior leadership through clear storytelling and presentations.
  • Ensure project scoping, timelines, and technical standards are maintained across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, including at least 4 years in leadership.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with R and PySpark.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sustained performance improvement through data-driven insights.
