What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of Data Scientists, fostering technical excellence and strategic thinking.
- Develop quarterly roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience partners and oversee execution.
- Drive insights via analysis, reporting, predictive modeling, and experimentation.
- Architect measurement frameworks isolating impacts of agents, AI, and policies on customer sentiment.
- Design performance management systems for world-class customer experience at scale.
- Tackle strategic projects, surface data gaps, and communicate findings to executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data science or analytics
- 3+ years managing and developing teams
- Experience in customer experience, support systems, or service operations (preferred)
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience
- Deep expertise in measurement science, causal inference, Bayesian A/B testing
- Proficiency in forecasting, predictive modeling, SQL, Python or R
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for data workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
