What you will do

• Own product measurement strategy: define north star/input metrics for major areas, align stakeholders.
• Lead multi-team initiatives with measurable outcomes on ambiguous problems.
• Set experimentation standards: frameworks for test design, guardrails, decision rules.
• Develop evaluation systems for complex products like matching, ranking, applied AI using offline/online methods.
• Build scalable analytical assets: dashboards, monitoring, templates.
• Mentor data scientists, provide technical review, act as thought leader on roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years using data to drive product/business decisions.
• Expert SQL, strong Python or R for reusable workflows.
• Deep expertise in Bayesian experimentation, causal inference, measurement design.
