What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, operations to analyze patient journey, define metrics, and drive roadmap decisions for discovery, conversion, and retention.
• Own analytics strategy for consumer acquisition, performance marketing, channel effectiveness, CAC, and budget allocation.
• Establish experimentation culture with hypotheses, iteration, and insight-to-action mechanisms like deep dives and decision memos.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and scale data science team from 6-8 to double size by 2026.
• Define metric standards, ensure self-serve reporting, and maintain truth in performance narratives across patient funnel.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data science/analytics/growth/marketing/product analytics, including 6+ years leading/scaling teams.
• Proven impact on consumer growth: acquisition efficiency, conversion, retention via analytics.
• Strong marketing analytics expertise in channels, attribution, incrementality, causal methods (CUPED, diff-in-diff, synthetic controls).
• Exceptional leadership for hiring world-class talent and building high-performance teams.
• Deep experimentation design, statistical inference, and cross-functional partnership for product improvements.
