TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (German Speaking): Generating quality sales pipeline that converts to revenue, working with inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to key accounts. Focus on qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and staying current on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Location: Hybrid role based in our Cairo office (in-office a few days per week).

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges.
  • Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & German (written and verbal communication)
  • Coachable and eager to learn - thrives in a continuously evolving business environment and actively seeks feedback
  • Growth-minded - thinks strategically about business impact while driving personal success
  • Proactive and resilient - takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
  • Minimum 1 year successful sales/SDR track record
  • Relevant experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with strong self-management skills
