Customer Service Agent (Sales)

Location: On-site in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt; night and overnight shifts may be required.

Requirements

• Fluent English at B2/C1 level is required.
• Strong sales, upselling, persuasion, communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to close deals and handle objections confidently.
• Customer-focused mindset and motivation to achieve results.
• Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts.
• Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call center environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Professional phone etiquette and confident sales communication.
